"Ok small, compact room. In a good location not too far from the Old road - however initially we found it hard to find. We only traveled with small backpacks which was fine, however you would need a taxi with packs/bags! Overall, ok accommodation a night & for the price."

"Very kind and helpful staff - we really appreciated being able to store our luggage prior to check-in. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. Jiufen can be quite busy and loud, so we loved the inn’s quieter location, while still being conveniently walkable to the main bus stop for day trips and hikes."

"Look @ lowest Google reviews re the poor character of the owner. Smell human wastes in corridors & showers often. Stinky, moldy pillows. Dirty part of town, look at exterior of building."
