“The hotel was very clean, and the staff were great. It is an older motel so the fit and finish of the building is basic and we could hear every footstep and conversation of the person staying in the room above us.”

“Orca Inn is clean, cozy and comfortable walking distance (half-mile) into central Friday Harbor. We were substantially delayed by a ferry service problem from the mainland (one of the larger vessels had to be taken out of service) when we were unable to reach the Inn by phone despite repeated attempts. Against all odds, we managed to catch one last midnight sailing and arrived at the Inn at 2 a.m., to be instantly greeted at the front desk and into the room right away. Thanks!”

“We paid good money to stay here. We asked to have new towels each day - they do not service the room. We had the sign on every day, and we still had to request. Their breakfast is basically what is left over - don't count on it. We were going to head to Seattle a day early, so we didn't have to get up at 4am for a morning flight. Of course, they said we could leave a day early - but no refund of what we had paid because we went through Expedia. So check the price at the hotel directly, and you……

“We originally booked a room at Cap Sante Inn on m through Expedia. However, when we got there cops were called shortly after. The property manager, very graciously moved us to the Salish Inn down the street. When we got to our room at Salish In , we found that it was not clean and the bed was unmade. When we asked for a different room that had been cleaned, the property manager at Cap Sante threatened to call the police on us, and we were kicked out. Please beware of both the Cap Sante Inn and……
