“The hotel was not what I expected. The building and rooms felt outdated, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The atmosphere was a bit uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel very relaxed during my stay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a satisfying experience.”

“旅館所處位置不錯，近商業區及滑雪纜車入口。房間很小且床鋪為下拉式，晚上睡覺翻身都會嘖嘖作響，樓上下床的聲音也很明顯。停車位較少需要尋找或等待。服務人員客氣，但給予的說明並不正確(i.e.其實滑雪場是不能自帶滑雪板上去的)。下次應該還是要換別間飯店住。”

“Nice place”

“We stayed her 1 night as a family with our dog. Great location with walking distance to Heavenly Village. Room was clean, spacious and the kitchenette was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Check in was great . Room we got was clean and spacious. We got incredible amenities, which made our stay more comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and helpful all the time. Location was unbeatable which make it a perfect choice for travelers ”
