The experience was disappointing from arrival: waited ~15 minutes outside due to lack of staff support and found access confusing with multiple locks. The listing was misleading—what I expected to be a self-contained apartment had key facilities (sofas/TV) in a communal area, and the room itself was very small. 「My two nights were terrible. I was left in freezing cold unable to gain access due to the lock. Owner was not immediately available for support. A guest smoked cigarettes and weeds on both night with windows shut. I returned to a smelly property. As a non smoker this was unacceptable. My clothes and air felt dirty. The same client cooked with windows shut causing the smoke alarm to go off disturbing my peace. Kitchen was used and not immediately cleaned after use by other guest. 」
