「The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too.」

The accommodation was extremely dirty, especially under the beds, and the rooms were full of dust. There was no daily cleaning service, and there weren’t even any cleaning supplies available for guests to clean up themselves.
Towels were not changed daily either. You had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels.

「We had a luxury cabin for three kids and two adults and the kitchen utensils were very comprehensive. The beds and linen excellent. Position of park rather remote from sea etc.」
