The bathroom has got a laundry rope to hung clothes, there are pyjamas, bedside clock, toothbrush- perfect! We stayed on 11th floor, and it was very quiet, that’s brilliant in a heart of town. Will definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very hot but the hotel offered fans to take back to our room. The lobby area had many maps and a little shelf to purchase Ghibli items from. The breakfast options were great and would recommend it to anyone staying there. "
