「When we arrived we’re were given a “key” to our room. After entering we quickly realized that this was someone’s else’s room because their things were still there. Good thing they weren’t stepping out of the shower when we entered!
Back to the desk..no apologies just here’s another room for you.
We quickly left for. Our planned event and only realized the next morning that there wasn’t any soap or shampoo! Pretty expensive stay not to at least have the basics
We both found the hotel in need...

「Room was nice beds were pretty comfortable. We had a view of the parking lot so that wasn’t great but could also see golf course a bit too. Checkin and checkout were very easy and quick. Overall good service. The hot tub wasn’t working properly though and wasn’t very clean, pool was ok. For the price we expected a bit better honestly. Would stay here again but at that price we have stayed at other hotels in the area that we would likely pick over this one and closer to Traverse city downtown.」

「I love that the hotel is right on the water and you can walk out to the beach and have chairs or loungers available. Bring your own towels though, they do not provide them for you. It also helped that you could rent kayaks or jet skis right there too. They had a nice variety of options you can choose from for breakfast and it is delivered to your room. We didn't go to the pool but we saw it when we checked in, it seemed just fine. The sunsets were just amazing!」
