"The room was Nice and cold.. bathroom door was in disrepair and wouldn’t shut all the way.. there was no meat.. ( bacon.. sausage) eggs.. unless it was Saturday or Sunday .. ran out of food fast..moldy smell in bathroom.. not hardly anyone spoke English .. asked for towels.. Kleenex and toilet paper several times before we got the toilet paper and that was all they brought.. called the desk several times but no one answered the phone! "

"Sirata was a great resort within walking distance to many things in addition to the community rides via golf cart sun runner and trolly . The resort itself was clean right on the beach and the staff so friendly. The pools were phenomenal and the beach pristine . It looked like they were updating some rooms at the time which will be nice to see next time we come ! "

" The staff was amazing, right from valet to the Bellman to the young lady who checked us in everybody, went above and beyond, and in the morning the gentleman who helped us get my parents with two wheelchairs to the airport, and to the check-in I would highly recommend this hotel again"

"One word to describe the PostCard Inn is “charming”. The location is convenient. The beach is clean and beautiful. I felt safe walking around at night . The beds are comfortable. I did take away one star for the water pressure in the hotel and the false advertising of cookies being available in the lobby. Anytime I asked if there were any cookies available I was told they make 20 of them and they’re typically gone as soon as they put them out. "

They were helpful when I needed assistance for local attractions and directions to tourist areas, and I had one reguest from the Hotel that was met immediately without issue. "Our stay was amazing. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room. The staff was friendly and informative, the rooms were very clean. The bathroom was a little small and the fan was really loud, but it really didnt bother us. We definitely plan to stay again!"

"It was nice to have a condo on the bay. All of the amenities were great, I didn't have to leave the property for anything the two nights I was there. The little store had much more than I have ever seen at a resort. It is a little dated inside but everything worked and was clean. The only thing missing was an air vent in the bedroom and no ceiling fan. I kept waking up hot in the middle of the night."
