“Maintenance went into my room on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 to perform maintenance on the bathroom door, wallpaper in the bathroom, and clean air conditioner filters. The maintenance person left my room door propped open and never returned. When I returned that afternoon I found my room door propped open. Fortunately no one entered my room and nothing was stolen. “Only Rent is property if you are okay with the following: Unclean patio dim or non operatable lights in the rooms no Iron provided (was explicitly told that the host does not provide irons) TV with no remote and uses Roku and constantly re-boots thus is usable. must use a Roku mobile app that shows ads every 4 clicks listening to crickets through the vents at night. “I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”

“We actually didn't get to stay at the Landmark as Metro Hospitality told me when I called the day before check-in about our room not being available. They claimed to have an equal property in Casa Grande and with my son's wedding the next day I took their word for it and that was a mistake. I paid for a luxurious apartment 3brd and what I received was a 2bdr slum in Casa Grande that couldn't accommodate our entire family. They won't respond to my many attempts to reach them.
