"I booked an additional night through Hotels.com due to my home flooding but accidentally selected the wrong date. Payment was made at 12:06 p.m., and I immediately corrected the date once I realized the mistake. Despite providing proof, the general manager required us to leave, citing a five hour policy that had not yet been exceeded. I was traveling with three children, and the situation was handled with no flexibility or professionalism. Very disappointing experience."

"My husband and i stayed 5 nights. i never usually leave reviews but this place was outstanding, staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean. i seriously had no complaints. food was good and the pool/ spa was amazing. would definitely come back and i recommend if you’re in the area to book this hotel!!
