“Carpets are dirty. Stains on sofas. So much noise from next room we could not sleep. Started at 1:00 am and went on til after 3:00 am. Complained to front desk but nothing was done. An awful night.”

“From the time of pre-arrival and throughout our entire stay, the staff were nothing but kind and accommodating!! We came in with 11 families taking up 11 rooms on every floor except the 2nd floor Lol. We used the grill, the common room, and tried to be mindful and inclusive of other guests and staff as much as possible. Thank you so very much for being so accommodating!! We had some families with little ones that couldn't travel with both parents so others had to help, but staff placed other……

“I think the pool really needs maintenance. It looks very, very dirty. It disgusted me. The front desk was very patient and polite to me. The 530 dinner was great, and the drinks at the bar were great too. Despite the pool, our stay was great. The breakfast is very generous.”

“Stayed here the previous week and so I returned this week. Clean rooms, easy location for client meetings. If you need a nice clean bed, no frills hotel… I would definitely recommend. Staff was also very nice”

“Staff was unhelpful and rude. It took over 40 minutes to get the shuttle from the airport. The hotel is only five minutes away from airport. Bed frame was broken and lopsided.”
