The morning we checked out it was raining. So we sat on the porch drinking coffee and listening to the rain. "

"The cabin is an apartment. Like 10 guest to a cabin. Had a hard time parking because of all the construction lumber piled up in the parking lot. Also no electrical outlets in the bathroom. ☹️"

"These cabins are amazing! We were in the bear themed cabin and it was comfortable, clean, and cozy. I would like to stay in all of the themed cabins!! There was a creek nearby to walk. I will definatley make this our go-to whenever we come to Cherokee."

"The Inn was very quaint and homey. Toni was very welcoming and the food was excellent! Our room was decorated very authentic, however, the room and the attached bath were very small. Loved the location as it was very quiet and had many spots to sit and enjoy nature, including the rooster, and it's just a few minutes from town. I highly recommend the Folkestone Inn."

"Some of the other reviews said it had a steep driveway that is being conservative. I would not recommend taking anything shy of a pick up truck up, it doesn’t necessarily have to be 4 x 4 but I would definitely recommend a truck. Everything else was great!"
