“The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.”

“My Review of Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Medical/Market Center Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Medical/Market Center was good, especially for a one-night stay! Check-in was fast, smooth, and friendly, which was a great start to my visit. The room was conveniently located in the back of the property, and the hotel was within walking distance of Medieval Times, which was a major plus. The room itself was nice, but unfortunately, there was a smell that made it seem as though the……

“Terrible staff. There was trash everywhere in the hallways. We showed up and our room wasn’t cleaned the bathroom had hair and half used toilet paper rolls in there with only one towel for 5 people.. and that’s with having TWO rooms. Once we went downstairs the staff told us that they didn’t expect this many people to come ask for towels so they have to wait for the dryer. And they told us to come down in 15 mins. That happened 3 times before I just asked for them to bring them up to me when……
