「This was a tranquil experience. The hotel resides on the north side of caye caulker which is a nice break from the busy south side. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was beyond excellent. They provided complimentary transportation to the south side and locations in the nearby area. They arranged a taxi for us to be picked up at the airport and transport us to the water taxi. Justin and Freddy were the best. We will definitely be coming back with more family.」

「Staff was very helpful from arranging transport for airport to advice (and a golf cart pickup) on local food options. They have their own boat to pick up on South Island. Condos and grounds are well kept. On site restaurant run by outside owner was a disappointment mainly due to lack of food options in low season (no pizza at this pizza place!). On the other hand the pool bar/resturant was very good value.」

The employees are friendly and care that you're having a good trip. The pool and the service there was amazing. I will book there again if we stay on Ambergris Caye.」
