「We had a great stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. We love staying at Drury properties, especially because with the cocktail hour and breakfast buffet. Those little extras really make the stay feel special.
Even though the pool was closed for renovations during our visit, we still really appreciated all the other amenities the hotel offers. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

「The parking lot flooded during our stay and we had to move our vehicle in ankle-deep water at 9:30 pm—only because we happened to look out the window. There was no warning from management that that side of the lot floods, even though it’s apparently a known issue and it had been raining all day.
The room also had several problems: an unpleasant smell, very poor lighting, and no full-length mirror. We were in town for a dance competition, so it made getting our dancer ready much harder.

「Filthy rooms, we had two rooms, bathrooms not cleaned, moved three times, found same condition in each.
