「This was not an impressive stay. There was a large bag of trash outside my room when I first entered, the sheets were thin and the exposed duvet was gross looking, when I tried to call the front desk to ask for an extra blanket the phone did not connect to the front desk so I needed to call on my cell phone, then the blanket itself was coarse and overwashed, the floor felt like I shouldn't be barefoot, and when I woke up to get ready to leave I found that the iron was conspicuously missing. 「Initially pulling up the area looked unsafe, however after looking around at all the different businesses and surrounding I felt more comfortable. The lobby smelled of mildew and looked dirty, so I asked to see the room first and the desk person was so nice and understanding she let me do so, which I appreciated! The room was up to my satisfaction, clean and quiet. Plus they provided shuttle to and from the airport and allowed me to park my vehicle while on my vacation. That was top tier right...

「It's a great hotel for kids. Many activities for kids to do. The pool is very nice. But the room is a bit dark.」

「Very loud! The elevator was broken but they didn’t call me before we checked in,just asked me if we don’t accept it they can redound for me. Omg, it was 11pm, where u wanted me to go!」

「Staff is very friendly, and informative. All areas are clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good when we had the time to eat in. Did not have the opportunity to try the pool because we were constantly up and moving early morning to late evening. Very hospitable place. 」
