"The location is awesome because it is so close to the airport and places to dine. Not the nicest hotel since their fireplace seems unfinished with cables showing (not safe looking) in the reception area and pool looked dirty enough for me not to take a dip which i was hoping to do. Overall staff is nice."

"We enjoyed the stay but we’re disappointed our room was not serviced for our second night no beds made and no new towels despite the front desk confirmation this would be done. When we returned from our day out we had to ring twice to get towels and the reception advised that they had not got to our room despite it being 5 pm so this was nonsense to say they had not got to our room. This seems to be a common thing which is not the end of the world but still disappointing. "

"We've stayed in 2023 and 2024. The beds we're comfortable. We liked the breakfast as well. "

"Trip started out poorly as our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:30pm. We were told it was going to be 30 minutes due to housekeeping issues. Ultimately after waiting for 25 minutes, we were upgraded to a different room. Other than that, the hotel was great, breakfast/happy hour staff did a great job keeping up during a very busy weekend, and the hotel was very clean."

"Room didn’t get cold. Glad we brought our own fan. We asked for extra towels and were told they didn’t have any. No TV remote but they quickly brought us one. Hotel is old but served our needs. Cafe staff was polite. Was happy they served Starbucks. "
