“It's a beautiful historic building on Lake Superior, but you wouldn't know the building is old by the updates in the room. Everything was clean, comfortable and in good condition. Baseboard heat eliminated the loud blowing noise from a wall-mount unit such as those in most hotels. Breakfast had great selection and overall quality, but should have been warmer.”

“A great northwoods WI cabin with location being an added bonus. Chequamegon bay is accessible from your doorstep and a short drive will take you to Ashland, Washburn or Bayfield. The cabin was clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. Great communication with host who also provided excellent information for the area. This served as an excellent basecamp for a ice fishing trip on the bay, sleeping three guys comfortably and I look forward to a return visit with my wife to explore the are……

“The property is on Lake Superior with a woodland walking path, and has fun art inside and out. The food is healthy and delicious, all the staff are so helpful and the free programing is great. And, of course, Bayfield has a lot to offer, from national parks to great gift stores to a relaxed vibe. The ferry ride to Madeline Island is a lot of fun. And picking fruit on the orchards overlooking the city is a bonus.”
