"Clean rooms, great breakfast at edgewater, won at the casino! "

"Business trip- they charge 14.00 for breakfast if you want to “walk in” or you get coupons per day. My room smelled so moldy the whole stay! My view was dirty snow on a roof. The elevator was out the day I left- I had to take the stairs with several bags as I’ve been gone all week for work. Breakfast was the exact same thing daily- you’d think that would change… it didn’t for 4 days. I’m often in the area and have stayed at a lot of holiday inns in the area - this one ranks as one of the lower ones, the breakfast lady was the nicest person in the hotel. The maids wore ear buds so it took several minutes to get the attention to ask for a coffee pod. "

"Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. There were tornadoes the night we stayed, and the staff made sure we were informed and had instructions for safety. A really nice place! Thank you"

"Parking was bad, there was a whole pool of water that we had to drive through. MANY stink bug and there was hair on my towel when I went to use it. Staff was nice. Very run down."
