“Looks nice and updated from the exterior. Lobby looks nice. The rest needs help. The bed was horrible. I sat in it and sunk down into a hole in the mattress. Maybe not a hole, but a mashed down area that I sunk down into, about 7 inches. Shower needs updating. Toilet ran all night. Maids banging things around in nearby rooms. Was a huge disappointment”

“Excellent experience. The property was clean and well designed. The two pools were beautiful with one slightly heated for adults. The star party event Saturday night was awesome - kudos to the astronomer and his telescope. The property is surrounded by oaks and cedars and sits on a hilltop ridge. It felt private, but restaurants weren’t far in Kerrville. I didn’t realize it was a time share property and was surprised to be asked to join a sales tour.
