「The front desk service is very poor. Shuttle runs until 10:30pm and no one answered my phone until time passed. AC is loud and cannot be turned to auto mode. Will not recommend or come back to this place for overnight traveling. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Very nice staff. Very helpful. Room looked clean but my only complaint with it is that since there was no carpet, feet and sock get extra dirty. Bring slippers or an extra pair of sock if your on the first floor. Besides that the value was good for what i paid for.」

「Very nice hotel and clean. Service was excellent as well. Very friendly staff as well. Breakfast @ dinner buffets was a plus as we took advantage of both. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Clean and comfortable for the bed and room, in a quiet district close to I-25, easy access for self-drive travelers, less than 30min to the airport. Super Walmart and Target within 3-5 min drive, cheap gasoline nearby (2.32/gallon for regular during my stay in mid-June).」
