Complimentary upgrade to double deluxe (Bed was superking & super comfy) Room facilities and room cleanliness were great, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to visiting again.”

“Great view of the boats on the broad which the hotel is right beside. Great welcome, clean and comfortable bedroom and huge bathroom with a lovely shower. I ate in the restaurant two evenings and the food was excellent. Breakfast lots of choice of hot and cold selection, hot food freshly prepared to order. Would stay here again everyone was very friendly. Very good value for money. ”

“It's relatively quiet (some traffic noise) with plenty of parking space, close to the river and a short drive from Stalham and a few more miles to Wroxham. The former has a Museum of the Broads and the opportunity for a boat trip while the latter is a busier place with boat trips, boat hire and more shops.”

“The Swan Motel was absolutely lovely for our family. The staff were polite and helpful. The room had everything we needed, and opened directly into a garden area for the kids to play. And the food was absolutely delicious (and gigantic)!”
