“I stayed one night upon arrival to Moshi. I was warmly greeted late at night. Check in was super easy. They take a copy of your passport. My room - even though I’d booked a single - was much larger and had a double & single beds. Room was clean and tidy with enough plugs for charging your gadgets. There were toiletries including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast was included and I even got a nice chef-made omelette. They have a nice sitting area by the pool or you can sit inside.……

“This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place”

“This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend Shose if you are in the Moshi area. “I stayed at Mount Meru Game Lodge before embarking on a 2-week safari and after 24 hours in the air. It was a wonderful place to unwind and sleep well before the trip.
