"Very helpful staff at every step, both our early check in and letting us swim in the pool past quiet time into the 9 o'clock hour. Everyone so nice and welcoming. I very much appreciated the single night booking, when many others needed 2 or 3 night minimums. The included breakfast was a nice plus. All was well with the room. We'll be back on our next trip to Kauai, which will no doubt be longer."

"This place was definitely older and needs major updates. Staff was nice. TV in 3210 in master has 3 lines on broken screen which was very annoying at night to watch any tv when it was raining. 3 sliding doors were rusty and some wouldnt even lock which did not give any peace to sleep. You could hear everyone walk in the hallway on the 3rd floor and the roosters sounded like they were in the room because the glass and walls so thin. "This condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen was great. Lanai is big and we enjoyed eating out there and listening to the birds early am. Shopping across the street was easy and convenient and walkable. Parking was super easy and convenient and at no extra charge. Definitely would come back and recommend. Mahalo🌈"

"This is a condo property located in a good spot in Poipu. The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with pots, pans etc. the pool area provides a great view of the ocean. The pool itself is average. Our unit could use new carpet and screen door. Good property for those who want to avoid the large and loud resorts. "

"Great for kids - beautiful poolside/hot tub area. Grills available as well as mini basketball and a very small mini golf area. Close to beach, shopping, and generally a beautiful place. Breakfast buffet was consistent and staff is wonderful. Laundry and gym convenient. A great place to stay with family."

"The property and suite were beautifully kept. We loved that they had bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling equipment which we used at the river which was right next to us and at the beach across the street. The bike path nearby was amazing views over the ocean. As everywhere in Kauai there are roosters so bring earplugs because they start early."
