"Quaint, modern, spacious enough, and situated within walking distance to downtown Kobe. Right across the hotel is one of Japan's oldest shrines, too!"

"The room was great for solo travellers. Great location. Staff was great but just a bit of confusion understanding english, but pretty good and overall friendly and welcoming and helpful. Great amenities. Buffet breakfast was good."

"Clean room. Staff not very helpful. I used a walking stick and was trying to push 2 luggages at the lobby. The staff saw but did not come to assist me. "

"I didn't have any bottled water in my room, so I tried to buy some from a vending machine on another floor, but the machine only accepted coins, so I couldn't make a purchase. I hope the hotel puts a drinking water bottle in each room, or makes the machine accept digital money. "
