“The floor in our room was not level. There was a hump in the middle of the room. There was mold around the base of the shower. I did like the daily room service providing fresh towels. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the front desk and they were on top of things and put them in our room and informed us that they could some water. Nice extra touch. We would stay again.”
