“I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere.……

“I stayed at the AmericInn for three hot nights in July. We had a one bedroom suite with a sitting area, and soon discovered there was no central air conditioning, just a window unit that didn't ventilate the sitting area where one of the guests were sleeping. And the sofa bed had trash and debris under the mattress. So initially we were dissatisfied, but the staff acted quickly to resolve our issues, cleaning the sofa bed debris and making that bed and bringing a fan for air circulation in the……

“Staff at check in was very nice. Room had a smell, and the carpet seemed damp. TV did not work. Had two conditioner and no shampoo. At breakfast there were no forks available and no one around to replace. It was a lower cost hotel, but I have stayed at others in the area for same cost with much better outcome.”
