"I have stayed at this hotel several times. I love the location, annex proximity to University of Tampa. There are probably fancier hotels in the neighborhood, but this is friendly affordable and walkable. I always always enjoy my stay."

"I stayed here for four nights while moving my son out of his dorm at USF. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a free breakfast. Very satisfied. What really makes this place stand out is it staff. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the maintenance people to the housekeeping. Staff were more than pleasant and went out of their way to ask if there was anything they could do to strike up a conversation and they truly made us feel very welcome. 10 out of 10 would stay there again....

"The hotel was a little runned down. Furniture were all worned out. Dirt built up all along the corners of the floor/wall. Not enough plugs for charging phones. Patio door was not locking properly. Rooms need major renovation. Bathtub had slow drainage. Sink had low water pressure. Lobby was under renovation and smelled like paint."

"It was nice to have a condo on the bay. All of the amenities were great, I didn't have to leave the property for anything the two nights I was there. The little store had much more than I have ever seen at a resort. It is a little dated inside but everything worked and was clean. The only thing missing was an air vent in the bedroom and no ceiling fan. I kept waking up hot in the middle of the night."
