“The room was clean, had a heater, and provided free toiletries, slippers, and towels. The free breakfast was two pieces of hotdog, rice, and a boiled egg. TV has Netflix and YouTube. The place was peaceful; it was just in front of the TPLEX Urdaneta exit, so going back to Manila is easier. The thing I didn't like about the area was the yellow tricycle drivers. Every time we ride the tricycle, the fare is different, sometimes 50 to 80 PHP, even though the way is the same and you can clearly see……

“Parking was easy helped out be a very friendly and helpful parking attendant; the common areas were very good and so was the food and reasonably priced. The room was just ok - we did get a cheaper room, but no electric kettle, housekeeping was on demand but ok. amenities (towels etc.) were of average quality and our room has no opening windows. Shower was ok but the rose did not fit the holder so made showering tricky at times. Not enough towels supplied as the bathroom floor was very slippery……

“The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and……

“Swimming pool closed with no reason given, so breach of my booking contract as the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
