“My stay was amazing!! Room was very clean and comfortable and the location is in a great spot everything is right there.”

“The staff is amazing! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast, dinner and drinks were always good! Highly recommend this amazing location and oh it’s so close to the beach and bunch of stores and restaurants around it! Overall best experience at a hotel we have ever had! Definitely will be back thank you to the staff for always going the extra mile!”

“Everything perfectly”

“The condo was clean, convenient and close to the beach and shopping. The kitchen should have been stalked with bare cooking essentials, like salt and pepper, foil and cooking spray.”

“Perfect location great staff and tons around to shop and dine”

“Everything about the stay was perfect! The room was comfortable, beautiful and clean. The pool and other amenities were great. There was a short walk to the beach with a shower station right before you got back that made ringing off a breeze. 10/10 is definitely book again! The host communication was amazing, they checked up on us and answered any questions we had. Everything g was perfect!”

“The ad for the condo said the bed was a King which is inaccurate. It is a queen and it sits so low to the ground it was difficult to get up from. The bathroom door would not open all the way because it catches on the floor. The shower had no where to put shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. I had to put the toilet lid down and put all of them on the lid and open the door each time I needed one. If we knew the bed wasn't a king we would not have booked.”

“We love our unit amazing veiw from every room. The balcony had extra space for table and chairs. Loved loved loved our unit We are old school we dont used the internet to make reservation So with all my confirmation was in a email I couldn't find. Once that was figured out we couldn't get in the gate called 24 hr number no human to talk to. No bar coffee shop or anything extra not a far walk to the beach which had restaurant that was very good”

“El único problema de la propiedad es él estacionamiento, te dicen que tienes 2 estacionamiento por hospedaje y al llegar nunca encuentras disponible, pero en general todo excelente”

“All things including the room service, hotel location, communication with manager, no lobby hall or even front desk are not acceptable for a family vacation, from the memories remained only the American Bay and meeting with old friends and that it. I do not recommend such a vacation to anyone, otherwise there will be a spoiled mood and bitter aftertaste. ”

“beatiful view”

“We picked this place because of the pool, I was disappointed to find out when we arrived that the pool was under construction and not open. This is something that should have been communicated before we arrived. Also the host could provide more information in the room on the San Destin community. I didn’t realize how large it was or how much there was available to us, you would think with a property in this community that they would try to use it to their advantage to sell a better product.……
