“Booked the day prior to arriving after a 13 hour drive from canada. Booked this hotel based on having a fully operational pool and a shuttle service from the airport. Upon arrival, was told no pool which was booked for children (had to use another nearby hotel - where couldn’t get into and their staff were incredibly ignorant at another hotel using their pool) and no shuttle services. Then couldn’t check in even an hour earlier but made me go through the check in process (providing ID and credit……

“When we arrived, no one was there and we had to wait for a long time to check in. Then we were informed that we were not able to stay because they will have an inspection in the following morning, and was sent to another hotel. We lost so much time and we had to change our plan. I wish they could reach out to us ahead of time to let us know, or just simply leave a note on the front desk so that we can make a move.”

“The breakfast was pretty good: eggs and sausage links one morning - just eggs the next. Also had bread, English muffins, and bagels. Waffle maker was fun but the line was long to get to use it. There was a hole in in the wall in our room and staff was completely uncovered when we brought it to their attention. Room was a good size, but beds weren't comfy. Everything seemed clean in the room. Air conditioning was powerful but loud. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. We didnt get……

“The hotel was located in quiet area, near the town center, and just a 10-minute drive from the beach. The property features a pool and a gym, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check in and check out process was quick. However, I didn't like that the sink was located in the room outside the bathroom—it’s not very convenient. Furthermore, this area served as both the hallway and a 'kitchenette' with a coffee machine and a fridge, but there were no tables or chairs for dining.……

“This hotel is in a great location to restaurants and attractions around Cape Cod. Staff were helpful and pool facilities seemed well maintained. Bureau in our room was a bit run down but otherwise the room was adequate. Breakfast was included and was adequate as well.”
