“I do not recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. When I arrived and attempted to check in I was told that original booking should have been denied and I should have been notified - even though I had been receiving automated messages from the hotel. The front desk employee told me she’s need to contact her manager to “see what they could do”. This was on a busy holiday weekend and the thought of having to find alternative accommodations was nerve-racking. 45 minutes later I got a call and……

“Stayed in a mobility accessible room, for a w/c, and found everything to be very accommadating. Very pleased with our stay, would definitely come back and recommend to others.”

“房间十分宽敞、干净整洁。令人惊喜的是配有小型厨房，可以自行购买食材做饭。因为同行有老人家，所以吃不惯当地西餐的她们可以自己做一些简单的面条等餐食。酒店也非常适合残疾人使用，淋浴间都有为残疾人特别设置的步入式及扶手装置。我的婆婆不能走路，靠轮椅出行，所以酒店的这些便利条件让她感觉特别满意。”

“We didn’t realize this is not a typical hotel situation, with a front desk staff available 24/7. Shuffleboard was advertised, but to get the stuff the office has to be open, and they close at 5pm. Also, there is a hot tub listed, but there isn’t one. It seems they have tried to update the listing, and they were very sorry about the misunderstanding.”

“Key West和Miami之间不错的一个落脚点。酒店房间不是很大，但是够用了，每个房间一个停车位，非常规范，室外泳池较小，但是适合下海， 岸边水很浅，有很多鱼，适合浮潜！酒店附设一个可以吃饭的酒吧，晚上可以看体育频道。缺点就是附近没有别的饭馆，早饭比较简单。”

“Best villa resort we’ve lived in this trip, great for family vacations, with huge rooms, free pool and kayaking, and many awesome restaurants around.”
