「Room was clean, however, housekeeping only came once during our 4-night stay.」

「This season is quite warm and we went to Breck because there wasn’t really any snow. I thought BRR would be a safe Breck staple, but it was a tough go. It wasn’t necessarily run down, but obviously not what it was meant to be; lackluster. It was just kind of at every turn there was something that showed this. I think I’m turned off from Breck in general now, it seems as worn out as this ‘resort’. The only positive was the staff. Whether in the empty Spencer for breakfast, or the bar, always...

「Very old out dated property. Smelly cooking on floor 5 but quiet in the room. Not for the family. Maybe a guys weekend? Bathrooms are okay. 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The hotel was clean and the staff friendly on arrival. The hotel itself was dated but adequate given the price of the hotel. The location was convenient and near plenty of restaurants and coffee. The pool was a hit with my kids! 」
