Ohio River Valley 3 Stars Hotels

"Everything was great except the toilet paper. Seems like a crazy thing to complain about but when you pay the nightly rate that this hotel charges and combine that with everything else that was really great (comfy bed, very clean, great service, etc), and then you have to deal with hard, smooth “notebook paper” to wipe your butt! Unacceptable for a hotel if this quality. "

"The room was very comfortable. I liked the layout of the space. Unfortunately, the shower head didn’t work properly. I did have trouble sleeping in the morning due to street traffic and also airplanes flying overhead."

"Comfortable stay.in Covington. Easy access to Cincinnati across the river, Hotel now has a parking fee of $7.00 whether surface or garage parking due to the existence of nearby bars and restuarants."

"The only thing bad was you had to pay for parking. I never paid unless in a downtown area."

"Customer service was great. The outside of the hotel and lobby looked nice. But the rooms were VERY outdated. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Honestly speaking, there wasn’t much of selection. Overall it was an okay place to stay."

"Every time we left our room, we saw workers, mopping, or cleaning. Sometimes in the hall, sometimes in the elevators, and sometimes in the gathering spaces or bathrooms. But always people working and cleaning."

"This was our second stay here. We loved it the first time! There’s a hot tub and an indoor/outdoor pool that was surprisingly warm. Sadly the hot tub jets didn’t work this time and that’s what we were most looking forward to use. We love that they give you a card for 3 small alcoholic drinks per night stay and small food buffet/drink station from 5:30-7 every night. Nothing too fancy but the lobby hang out area is comfortable and never feels too crowded."

"Very friendly staff, clean room, exceptional services including free afternoon snack and popcorn! Although it’s close to highway and quite a few sports teams and kids in the hotel at the time when we were staying but we didn’t hear much noises at all. Will definitely come back if we go to nearby places again in the future! "
