“The room was clean. I liked that they had full size bathroom soaps for the shower. They had a nice variety for breakfast. If it wasn't for the elephants running around above me the room would have been nice and quiet. It was walking distance to a Cracker Barrel. Also a gas station was close by. I would stay there again. ”

“I loved everything about this hotel. I booked 7 rooms for me and my coworkers and the staff was so attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Libby bartender was great!”

“When booking the public parking option was not clearly stated. If you don’t use the Valet option you are left to use public parking…that is all the website has to say or indicate and not show a price which infers that they offer valet and public spaces. Also, the walk from the garage in combination with the location of the room elevators make this location nothing short of a chore to access and maneuver.”

“Arrived to check in and was told there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I asked what incidentals? and was told incase I damaged the room or smoked in the room, really? The room had a hair in the tub, a used towel under the sink, urine stain running down the outside of the toilet, the bolt lock on the door didn’t work, and the floors were dirty. I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy.”

“Room not clean at all. Too cold and smelled moldy.”
