Playa Negra 3 Stars Hotels

"I stayed in Tamarindo. This hotel is in the center of town and is a nice hotel. It’s a small hotel 24 rooms or so. Pool in the middle of rooms. Everything went smoothly and staff is great. My room only had single AC unit for the room and the room gets hot even with the AC running all the time. And I was the last unit on the top row of rooms and WiFi connection was barely in range some of the time . Other than those 2 issues. It was a great property and clean. Close to the beach, supermarket, souvenirs and coffee shops. "

"Rooms were clean but small and basic. No amenities other then wifi. Breakfast was buffet style over the weekend but basic; scrambled eggs, rice and beans, sausage and french toast. Bottled water was 4.00 and there is nothing within walking distance. 100$ to and from airport and uber is illegal. Should have done more research on my trip before booking. Also, left birkenstocks under the bed on accident and maid sayd she doesn't see them. Not happy."

"The location couldn’t be better. The staff here is amazing and all guests (like everyone in the area) were kind and friendly. The location is surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the Main Street. The breakfast is tasty too! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
