「Its a very pleasant property to look at, clean , with areas to relax. Pool, resturant. Staff are great. Its only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I really enjoyed staying there and will again.」

「Rooms were clean. We had the queen by the pool. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The view from the pool is stunning. Very relaxing spot. 25-30 minutes from Tamarindo beach. Food on site for lunch was great. Breakfast was ok. Carolina and Enrique were very kind and helpful. All in all a nice spot. We didn’t use the spa only the hot tub. But it looked nice. The road to get there is a bit windy and rough. But part of the adventure! 」

「You can tell that the entire location was very thoroughly thought and planned out to its beauty! We loved that the location had lots of nature, a pool, and breakfast included. The only thing that we didn’t like was that there were lots of red ants that were coming through the bathroom window all throughout the night. We would find them in the sink, toilet, and wall beside the bed. 」

「This is a great place in the forest about 25 minutes to some popular beaches. We loved exploring the area. The cabin was super clean and comfortable and the deck area is beautiful to have coffee while listening to the howley monkeys. The pool area is nicely set up for photo opps. The cherry on top is that they're pet friendly. We will stay again. 」

「The location and vibe was perfect for us! The room was simple, neat, clean and they honored our request for a room with the couch. The bathrooms could use an update or refresh. They are dated. The restaurant was delicious and a nice surprise in this sleepy town. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Took advantage of yoga which was great. The pools are very small but lots of lounges, hammocks, ping pong and a great lending library! Will definitely return to this sleepy but fabulous town! 」

「The stay at El Sabanero Eco- Lodge was incredible. I stayed there with one of my close friends in a single bed suite. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was amazing the ways that the lodge works to be eco-friendly while still offering a comfortable experience. There was a water station for hot and cold water to fill your water. The wifi does not connect in the cabins however it was incredible to disconnect and the wifi in the main lobby worked well. The road where the...
