「This is a beautiful old inn. The rooms have the original floors, which are wavy and creaky, and they had to come up and install a window air conditioner. But they did it happily and quickly. Note, there is no coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was made to order, and very good. Have the pancakes- amazing!」

「What a beautiful place! Close to a lake, with different amenities (even though not all available during low season) and breakfast. Easy parking. We had the room with windows on top. Great stay with big bathroom/shower and very comfortable bed. The common area is very nice and very close to town too.」

「The home and entire property is lovely. Our room was not in the main house but it was roomy, clean and comfortable. Loved the cute Conutry store as well. Charge a little more and include a breakfast voucher. 」

The only complaint we really had was the heater in the room was controlled from a thermostat that was down the hall and was for the entire building so our room was either cold or way too hot even with the windows open in late April.
