「It was nice to have a stove and kitchen, but the room was not very nice. It was also right next to the street and walkway, on the same level. This hotel served its purpose and the staff was great, but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch.」

「Lovely hotel. Great location for walking around town. Perfect accommodation for our trip. We enjoyed a spacious room with three beds, the common areas, and the healthy breakfast. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.」

「The kitchen was stocked and they provided breakfast every morning, which was nice. The space was clean and it was nice to have separate bedrooms (4 people, 3 rooms). The location is walking distance from the bus-stop and was a great hub for staying in the area. Would recommend. 」

「After leaving this hotel, I stayed at The Singular Patagonia, which is even more luxurious. By comparison, the service at Estancia Río de los Ciervos is outstanding. All staff members are attentive, genuinely helpful, and proactive in solving problems. Every staff member seems happy and truly welcoming, making you feel appreciated as a guest on vacation. You can also book a penguin tour directly through the hotel at a very reasonable price.」

「The location is great. Anna is nice, the rooms were warm and clean and there was lots of hot water for showers. The negatives were: the bathroom needs work. There is mold in the shower and toilet was broken. Things look a little tired and worn out. Anna was sorry about the toilet and tried to fix it but could not. I had to reach into the tank to flush and eventually figured out how to put the flush chain back on the flusher but still have to leave the tank lid off to flush. The worst part was...

The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel. 」
