“The staff is friendly and accommodating. You may feel that the room looks different from the photos on the website. The room can't be described as clean, but it's tolerable. If you think the cheeper is better, I recommend you to choose this hotel.”

“I think Expedia needs to do a better job at vetting the properties; I booked this for my relatives for a short stay at Nainital and they absolutely hated it. It was a last minute booking so i didn’t realize the address is very generic and no contact number listed. Rooms and bathrooms were smelly and the experience was really poor. Not senior citizen friendly and no parking.”
