「乾淨客房，免費機場往返接駁車」

「The night of stay was not good. My party booked two rooms, but, the air conditioning of the room as not cool enough. There is no facial issue and shower cap provided. The blow dryer is very weak and not powerful enough for hair drying. For 120+sq ft room, we did not expect the rooms are so small. I will have four more nights (two rooms again) returning on July 6 and hopefully the rooms assigned are going to be in better quality. The ones we stayed in have ruined the reputation of the Ibis...

「When Checked in, collect certain amount of Euro cash(can't disclosed in here), saying it's city tax. Requested for receipt, said will email me..Now after one week nothing received. Through the booking operator to ask, also no answer. I suspect this is a scam.」

「ok」

「I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. 」

「1. located at a convenient place where you can reach the hot spots of the city within 20 min. 2. sound proof of the building and the rooms are not good which induces nuisance at some time. 3. can rent a bike in the hotel with good price, which is convenient and helpful for touring around as the city is a bike-city. 」

「有接駁車往返機場，方便往返，房間清潔、時尚舒服。」
