“The entry to the hotel was a little difficult to find. We tried to go through the doors on River Street, but you need a key card to get in. The concierge just ignored us at the door. The valet parking is $46 a day plus tax and tip. The public parking is more expensive, which is a joke. The valet attendant on Thursday and Friday was very attentive and she worked very hard to keep up. The attendants on Saturday and Sunday were overworked and it took a long time to get our car. “The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very helpful. The furniture in our room needed repair. The sofa cushions were ripped, the upholstery on the chairs were ripped and the shower curtain was ripped. The housekeeping staff was difficult to communicate with as they spoke little to no English. The water fountains in the pool area didn't work and neither did the outlets. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well. The hotel itself was very pretty, but the temperature in the lobby and……

“Loved the vibe. The room was super nice and felt like it was part of a more expensive hotel. It wasn't a huge room, but they made use of the space and, frankly, if you're staying for a night, you don't need 1100ft². Well worth the money.”

“Everyone was very helpful, from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant wait staff. We had a problem with the television and the balcony door. We went out for the day and both were fixed when we got back. The balcony door had a reoccurring issue, but we reported it only once. Having a room facing the river was a plus. It was very enjoyable to watch the freighters and other river traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”
