「Esperienza di check-in pessima, siamo arrivati dopo l’orario di chiusura della reception e non era indicato da nessuna parte in che modo fare il check-in. Quindi siamo riuscite a farlo solamente dopo 45 minuti. Inoltre nessuno rispondeva alla chat e il numero di telefono indicato non era esistente, quindi non riuscivamo a metterci neanche in contatto con loro alla fine abbiamo scoperto grazie ad altri ospiti che le chiavi erano nella cassetta della posta vicino alla reception. Letto scomodo」

「The properties is nice if you have kids, they have playground they also have a pool. They also have a small restaurant that is not always open. The space has a kitchen if you wanna make meals. It is located on the second floor and it’s not handicap accessible. The bathtub was hard to get in and out. Beds are not comfortable but they do have air-conditioning. Our flight was slightly delayed and we did not make it to the office before 12 so we had to sit there for 3 hours and wait until the office...

「All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests.」

「Het is een budget hotel dus mag je er niet teveel van verwachten. Ontbijt was OK. Kamer is klein. Parkeren bij het hotel was mogelijk, maar kom niet te laat, want dan staat de parkeerplaats vol met busjes van werklui die ook in het hotel verblijven. Het hotel ligt in een gebied met bedrijven, er is niets bijzonders omheen. OK voor één nacht op doorreis maar zou een volgende keer een ander hotel kiezen.」
