"Excellent and straightforward "

"This was my thrid stay, and it was the second time that I asked for cleaning of the room the day before, and it wasn't cleaned when i was out for the day. But the manager (Lily) was very helpful and calmed me down. Didn't understand why this happened to me twice. No communication between housekeeping staff and front desk? Otherwise, I had a great stay."

"Great: breakfast buffet. Good: quickly replaced broken room coffeemaker. Challenge: This facility only services your room on request and while you’re in it. So since I was away from the hotel 10-12 hrs daily, there was no housekeeping. Not even trash removal. Would be okay for a short stay, but others staying a week (as I did) might be uncomfortable."

"This Inn was exactly what we wanted, it was beautifully kept, it was quiet, and it was clean. We were in town for just a few days, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This property is close to Western Washington University. The A/C worked really well in our room but was terribly noisy in our family's joining room. The staff was pleasant and the stay was easy. "

"Super cute hotel! A little over priced in my opinion but good location. The decor in the lobby is adorable. Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and very thin floors and walls they break down the tables right outside at 10:30 so that was pretty loud but it was a friday night so can’t be too mad about that. Overall cute stay! Loved the area, wish we could have been there longer. "

"We travelled with 2 young kids (3 and 4). The staff were fantastic. Great attitude and service. Everyone was highly attentive and in a great mood. They gifted some treats to our young kids upon arrival. They accommodated early check-in and rooming us near our friends. Fei was lovely at check-in and check-out. "The Heron is a very well maintained vintage building with the creature comforts and customer service to entice me to want to return for a longer visit. There’s ample parking and we were able to plug in our electric car. The lobby area features an appealing lounge with massive fireplace and seating as well as the breakfast dining area. Breakfast was of a good standard with fruit and eggs made to order . The rooms have a mixture of vintage charm and expansive windows along with a nice bathroom...
