“Stayed several times and service and rooms always impress me. On this occasion we were allocated the recently refurbished rooms and they were spacious and well appointed. What would be called the 'norm' at Van Der Valk hotels could be easily regarded as luxury in the UK except at realistic, affordable and value for money prices. This property feels a flagship.”

“Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters. A couple things I did not like: I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up. Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him.
