“Some staff is really helpful while some can test your patience. I asked 1 of the receptionist to get me a towel as I was going into pool. She did not do anything until I went in, came back and asked her where's the towel. Then she sent someone. Her effort for this and other day for trying to my find something I left a day before was also pathetic. I explained everything, showed the photo. Yet after I got another call asking about same thing. Funny enough they never got back to me about it. When……

“Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights. We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon. Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly. Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. I only confirmed and changed the time of our booked massage by Febry but this staff made a booking from another Company. We were halfway of our room massage, when the……

“We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff didn't help us take the luggage. We have a room at the end of the corridor and facing the swimming pool. People always stand outside our room smoking because there is a window. Walls are thin. We heard people talking and laughing. There are many dirt on the wall. There are many stains on the bed sheet. The room is dirty. The toilet board is old and swelled. Cleanliness is really disappointed. After the Lombok earthquake, the walls cracked. I think the……

“Everything is good mosquito is a bit too much”

“The rooms are immaculately clean and very stylish. The resort is small yet has a lovely cosy vibe. The staff remembered us from our last visit. Great location just off Melasti street with a load of food and drink options nearby. Food at restaurant is very good also!”

“Worst unclenness”

“Great little boutique hotel with private villas too. Lovely staff - close to the action but away from it too. Beautiful gardens! I have been coming here for over 20 years!!”

“All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is very clean. Really enjoyed!”
