“Wonderful staff and breakfast!”

“Clean room, breakfast was very good with lot of options”

“Super clean. Friendly staff. Shower water pressure could have been better and water could have been hotter. Other than that, everything was great!”

“I understand it’s a cost, but I feel when having an indoor pool option, it would be nice to make sure it’s heated. It’s not really a useful amenity when the water is freezing. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed so water got everywhere. I cleaned it up but something to keep an eye out for when you stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was really nice!”

“The breakfast team was wonderful. Attention to detail and responsive. I gave a medium rating to staff because we were not told that we had to request room make up when we arrived. 3 days and no service, on the 2nd evening we complained and were told the hotel was full so they were too busy to around to us.”

“Score was dated, however everything was clean, staff were friendly and helpful with questions. Loved all the outdoor space to walk my dog for potty breaks. Stayed at sister property Boxwood and it is not near as clean and inviting. Would stay at Village Inn again though.”

“It was okay overall. Just keep in mind that if you book a suite, they don’t have one with a mountain view, although the app will give you that option. Many thanks to Shelby, who went the extra mile to show us different rooms so we could choose the best one. Also, they don’t provide or sell sewing kits. Breakfast is served by Starbucks, which is not my favorite. However, the room itself was perfect: clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed. Enjoy your trip!”
