「Just returned from an overnight stay at this property and what a welcome we had. All our needs were catered for and the owner went above and beyond. We also had an excellent 3 course evening meal at the property. I would definitely recommend this property and we would not hesitate to return here. 」

「Stayed many times will stay again. Even though we had a big problem getting into the hotel after a night out had to wait 40 minutes for some one to come out and get the main electronic doors to open. Their hotel chain seem to be good value for a night stay which we often do 」

「Very relaxing stay at Charlotte House. The room was comfortable, the staff very friendly and the location perfect for exploring Lincoln old town.」

「I had a good stay at the Castle Hotel. Lovely little hotel, super comfy bed and gorgeous bed linen. The room was spotless and generous tea and coffee making facilities. Nice bathroom products. No A/C as it's a beautiful old building, but that was fine as was able to open windows and control the radiator. I didn't have a cooked breakfast but buffet options were fine and the other guests seemed to be enjoying their cooked food. I will stay again, thank you.」

「The rating was given for two star hotel. This is a motel style, very, very simple. Service was good, the room was relatively clean. We stayed only one night, so we just needed a place where we could sleep. It was a good place to stay for the money paid. 」
