「The internet in the room could not accommodate more than one device at a time. When we notified the staff, we were given the excuse they were fully booked, and the server couldn't handle all the people. It was a good that my husband and I were not trying to work. One of the days, our room was not cleaned. The staff were not helpful and did not seem to care. I guess they cater to the corporate/conference bookings rather than a weekend vacationer. Will not recommend or stay there again.」

「Property was outdated which wasn’t my issue. The issues were a terrible smoke smell in our room, broken rails in the bathroom, the breakfast had very limited options, and front desk wasn’t staffed when I went down to check out. Major safety issue because the exterior door (suppose to use room key) was unlocked the entire stay. I would not recommend if you are wanting more than a bed to sleep in.」

「Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Very clean, great pools with poolside staff to get our orders of food and delicious drinks served to us poolside. The staff at Dellshire went above and beyond to help us in anyway they could without us even asking. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd definitely rate them a 20! We will definitely be staying there when vacationing again in the Dells.」
