"Great location, right next to tram stop for a short trip to Melbourne CBD, St Kilda and Chapel Street. The property was clean and quiet with a beautiful infinity pool and gym. Excellent communication from host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!"

"I arrived a solo woman at 10.30pm unable to unlock the door to my room although the code worked to enter the gate and the entrance door. I already knew how impossible it was to contact this business. Then a couple arrived to find me trying to enter their appartment which was the same number that I had been given. I then tried every other appartment until a door opened. This is unacceptable and no one from this business has contacted me to apologise. "

"Clean, ideal and easy stay. Would stay again. The apartment manager stayed in regular contact and was available to us if we needed anything at all. Location was perfect and a real selling point for this apartment! Added amenities were good too. The Apartment doesnt have parking, however there is a free overnight zone behind the building which was very easy, or 24/7 paid secure parking across the street."

"A short stay in the city for Christmas. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We booked for 3 but needed to request extra towels and bedding for our daughter as it was not set up for three as we booked. No big deal but certainly not a service that anticipated our needs."

Air conditioner held together with tape, cooker well used and dirty no control markings for heat settings. They advertised for gym but was not open was told because of COVID and he said he had put the notice on hotels. Com but when I checked it was not there.
